Grant D. Gilmore
For over a decade Grant has been representing individuals and business facing abusive debt collection, erroneous credit reporting and other predatory business practices. Having argued cases before the Utah Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for Utah, Grant specializes in negotiating and litigating consumer contract disputes. His reputation as a strong advocate for consumer rights earned Grant a “Rising Star” honor for the Mountain States.
Grant obtained his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and earned a business law certificate. An avid fan of film and music, he founded the Lewis & Clark Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society and served as its first president.
Grant lives with his wife and two young sons in Oregon’s Coast Range and spends his free time exploring the woods, battling blackberry thickets, and recreating on the Nehalem River.
